Return & Refund policy

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods 

If your item arrives damaged or is not working, kindly contact our Customer Support at contact@revlona.com. Customers must send sufficient evidence such as clear photos and videos (preferred) of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging along with Order Number. Our team will inspect the issue with your product in 3 days and reship you the product or initiate the refund for your transaction. 

The return address will be provided by Customer Support once your return/replacement request is processed. The return shipping cost will be in our cost.

Products Not as Described

At Revlona, we take care that we show our customers real products through videos so that they can better understand the products. Contact our Support Team at contact@revlona.com with clear photo/videos if you feel the product is different than the described video to support your claim. 

We are not accepting returns if the product is not damaged or  Defective.

Return Item Condition
The returned item should be in perfect condition and should be sent back along with the invoice and the original, untainted packaging. No labels or tags should have been removed. Nothing should have been written or drawn on it. 

30-Day Money Back
We offer 30-Day Money back option if the package was not opened and the customer no longer needs it. The customer should return the package in original untainted packaging. 

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@revlona.com 

Order Cancellation After the Product Being Shipped & Before Delivery
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it exceeds 3 days of processing & handling time. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped you will be eligible for a full refund.

We offer 30-Day Money back option if the package was not opened and the customer no longer needs it. The customer should return the package in original untainted packaging. 

Method of Refund

All refunds will be processed to the same payment method(PayPal, Credit/Debit Card) used for placing the order.

 Shipping & Packing Costs

 We do deliver worldwide English speaking Countries, using USPS and YunExpress Shipping companies. 

We do offer a free standard shipping and a payable Express shipping method in our Shipping Policy.

 Delivery Charges on Returning Goods

- Delivery charge for damaged, Defective or Incorrect goods are on Revlona's Costs.

Product Returned Exceeding the Cancellation Period
